3. Response Timeline:
Respond within 30 calendar days of receiving a complete and verified request.
4. Logging:
Maintain a secure internal log of: – Name of requester – Date of request – Nature of request – Actions taken and date of response
5. Escalation:
Complex or disputed requests are escalated to senior management and legal counsel.
6. Refusals:
If a request is denied (e.g., for legal or technical reasons), provide a clear written explanation to
the data subject within the response timeline.
7. Retention:
Retain request records securely for at least 2 years for audit and compliance purposes.
